1. Ancient athletes had their own personal trainers!
2. The odiscus was much heavier than it was today.
3. Oxen were used as a sacrifice at the end of the games.
2 things I want to learn:
1. I would like to learn more about the role of women in the games.
2. I would like to learn more about the ancient festivals that were held during the games.
1 thing I already knew:
1. I already knew that the first Olympics were held in Greece.
